“The Dark Conspiracy” is the title of a draft of a book cum testimony that is about to come out into the open and blow the lid on the conspiracy of the highest order in the treacherous ouster of the democratically elected President Joseph E. Estrada. It reveals for the first time since January 2000 plot Gloria admitted in an Edsa Dos celebration, the scheme that framed President Estrada with concocted testimonies and evidences. The draft, of which I hold a copy, opens with a description on the cover: “A true to life and an untold story of the conspiracy among personalities, in the fabrication of the second perjury case against President Estrada.”

This is an earthshaking exposé. The tsunami from this book and testimony will sweep away the Gloria administrations cases against President Estrada and grab Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo out to the hungry bowels of the ocean with it, as well as dozens of leading personalities of the treasonous frame up of President Estrada and the coup d’etat that unseated him. The preface of the book alone should send shudders up Gloria and her cabal’s spine:

“This information has been written and put together as a book (The Dark Conspiracy) in order for others to gain true knowledge on what has transpired with the certain, key persons while the cases were being crafted against the former Philippine President Ejercito Estrada. The public will learn how the cases against the former President were fabricated, manipulated and on how the public was made to believe the allegations against the legitimate President. The readers will also gain additional knowledge on how GMA participated to guarantee the imprisonment of the former President.” This is as heart thumping as Oliver Stone’s assassination conspiracy masterpiece “JFK”.

On the draft’s cover is a brief description of the book: “A well documented narration of events on the flaws of the second perjury case against President Estrada. I was supposedly the One who obtained and signed for the documents they used to file the said case. They used me. To suppress the information, PGMA issued confidential directives, thereby sending us to Canada on a diplomatic status.” Thus, we now are given proof of the Ombudsman Aniano Desierto’s black hand in instigating the case against Estrada, recruiting the complainant, manufacturing the documentary evidence, cheating on the notarization and then sit as judge on whether there is prima facie evidence in the case against Estrada.

When the complainant Desierto recruited changed his mind about the case, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo personally stepped in “exile” the remorseful complainant to Canada, by violating the Constitution and ordering the issuance of diplomatic status and passports to the person. In the background also is the self-righteous but really hideous front run by the “public crusader” Dante Jimenez, the VACC which was used as a civic and NGO cover for this darkest of conspiracies. A public attorney supposedly assigned by the Justice Department to serve as defense attorney for President Estrada is revealed as an agent of the conspiracy, all the while helping set up Estrada.

It presents a summary : “Flaws on the second perjury case”: “a) The Amended Information in Sandiganbayan dated April 4, 2001 that was based on the complaint filed by VACC was filed by the Ombudsman five (5) months ahead of the supposed complaint of VACC which is dated September 10, 2001. b) The supposed letter-request for vital documents of VACC that was used as basis for filing of the second perjury case was fabricated on order of then Ombudsman Desierto et al. c) Said letter-request mentioned in item B was antedated of which the record cleark refused to record it in the incoming logbook.

“d) The original draft complaint was manufactured by the Ombudsman and was prepared for signature by the supposed complainant, theVACC. E) Said draft complaint was revised and corrected in her own handwriting by Atty. Percy Acosta, the chief of the Public Attoryney’s Office/Department of Justice. F) Atty Percy Acosta represented herself as defense Attorney of ERAP and for many times submitted a motion to be excluded as counsel of the accused but never mentioned that she is one of the brains in the fabricating and filing of the said case. g) With the full knowledge of PGMA of this conspiracy, she then personally orchestrated, obstructed and prevented the truth on this said conspiracy to come out.”

The reason the author has finally come out with the full and true story of the conspiracy aginst President Estrada is contained in his dedication in the book: “This book is sincerely dedicated to the family of the write, to the people who supported the write in this endeavor, to the people of the Philippines, to President Estrada and Family, and most especially to those who have suffered most due to the said irregularities. The write hopes that with this boo, the mistake will be corrected and rectified, and that a lesson for all that “Only the truth shall set us free” and coming out to the open is not always too late. After making this first step, the write hopes that others will follow, start a better and corrupt free society.”
